Can I customise an item from your online store?
Yes. If you’d like to add embroidery (like a name, initials, or logo) to an existing product, email orders@foreshoresport.co.za before purchase. We’ll quote you the extra fee and, if you’re happy, invoice you accordingly.
How do I place a fully custom order?
Email custom@foreshoresport.co.za with your idea. A sketch, photos, or your logo file will speed up the design process. We’ll work with you to finalise the design before starting production.
What’s the difference between personalization and custom builds?
Personalization: Adding a name, initials, or logo to an existing design.
Custom build: Creating a cover from scratch — your choice of material, colours, and design details.
How long will my custom order take from approval to delivery?
Custom timelines vary.
Small custom orders: Usually ship within 5–10 business days after design approval and payment.
Bulk event/wholesale orders: Allow an additional 10 business days for production. Shipping times are extra.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — within 24 hours of ordering. Email orders@foreshoresport.co.za ASAP.
Changes to shipping details can be made until your order is dispatched. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
Can I use a gift card on a custom or personalization order?
Yes, as long as payment is processed through our online payment portal.
